Pastor Carl Gurbisz
Pastor Carl was radically saved in the Sequoia National Forest in California while on vacation on June 10, 2000 a day after being evangelized by his friend in a Hotel Room. After witnessing the glory of God in the massive tree that was standing before him The heavens declare the glory of God, and the expanse, the work of His hands. (Psalm 19:1) he yielded his life to the Lord with this prayer, “Oh God, I am a peon”, and was transformed on the spot! He recognized that life was NOT about himself and yielded his heart to the One who deserves all the glory, the God who redeemed him, Jesus. “He must increase, but I must decrease.” (John 3:30)
He has served in missions in Uganda, Africa and as an Elder at Calvary Chapel of Old Bridge, NJ for several years before starting CCC with Pastor Raul. He is a Jets fan, makes a great bowl of chicken soup, enjoys songwriting and just released a Christian Rock Opera called “Victory” with the band Reverential Rock!
